Q. When was Bregman Financial Services founded?
A. My father started the company in 1969. One of his core values was to put the client first and find the solutions for the client’s needs, rather than focus on product sales. Since I started working with my dad in 1997, my goal has been to continue with the same core value that my father taught me and that is to put clients first and foremost.
Meeting the needs of multi-generation families
Q. Why have your clients stayed with you?
A. We have a motto in our office. If the client has to call an 800 number, then we have lost a client. Our goal is that our client calls us first and we will help them get answers to their questions.
Q. Is that why you have 97 % client retention?
A. Most clients that have ever left, realize that they are not be getting the same amount of attention and service and we welcome them back. In 24 years, we can name 5 clients out of over 600 that have left.
Q. How do you find new clients?
A. We have multi-generation families that are clients. We serve the parents, children and grandchildren and it’s because they trust us to guide them through the path to financial security. Our business mostly comes from referrals of satisfied clients.

A. It’s never too early or too late to start planning for retirement. Obviously, the sooner and younger you start, the better we can prepare you. We would like to see your money working for you, rather than you having to fund all of your retirement.

Q. How are you different from other insurance brokers?
A. We don’t really sell insurance. We educate our clients to equip them with the knowledge they need to purchase the product of their choice. Once our client has made a choice, we are going to be there to give them Class A service, every step of the way.
